Plan

The first step to any project for us is to do our due diligence and plan out the entire project from start to finish. This way we can get ahead of any potential issues and have a clear roadmap & timeline for getting your project done right.

Step 2

Design

Once we have a plan in place for your project, we begin working with architects and other designers to plan out the design for your home. We’ll work closely with you during this time to ensure the design is exactly how you want it.

Step 3

Build

After the design is finalized, we’ll get right to work on the construction. We will provide you with several on-site walkthroughs so you can see your new home come to life. And we will keep you updated on all developments.

How Can I Get Started on a Project? 
The first step to getting started on a project is to contact us by filling out a form here on our website or giving Ray a call at (201) 396-1373.

From there, we will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible to set up a meeting to discuss your project in greater detail. Afterward, we will move forward with the process of getting you an estimate and advising you on what will need to be done before we can start a project. 
How Long Does a Typical Project Take? 
At the end of the day, how long a project will take is specific to your project.

However, we can offer ballpark estimates based on the different project types we help homeowners with. Typically, new home construction will take about 12 months to complete and a residential remodel/addition will take 6 - 9 months. Once we learn more about your vision for your project, we will be able to provide you with an estimated timeframe as well as costs.
